All 935 US metros ranked by reachable annual replacement demand — the share of a metro a single branch could realistically serve, not the whole-metro total. 401 of them have a full published market file.
Reachable demand is 55% of total metro demand, the same share published on every market file. Whole-metro figures are shown beside it because the gap between them is the point: a branch serves a drive time, so geographically large metros read high on the total and worse on what one location can actually address.
Homes per firm is blank for most micropolitan markets. Contractor counts come from the BLS QCEW at metropolitan grain, so 542 of 935 metros carry no competition figure at all. A blank means missing data, not an uncrowded market — see the methodology.

Every figure here is computed, and the arithmetic is published.
Demand is the annual replacement bill for the housing stock plus new construction, priced at a published ticket per service line and adjusted for housing age and storm record. The opportunity score is a weighted percentile across seven components, each measured against all 935 metros. The full model, every weight and every known limitation is here.
